  • Turn on the machine by pressing the on/off button. The steam wand should dispense two cups of water (about 150 ml each).
  • Switch off the machine by pressing the on/off button and keep it performing for 3 minutes.
  • Repeat the water dispensing described in step 6, until the water tank is completely drained.
  • Rinse the water tank and fill it with fresh drinking water.
  • Place a container under the steam wand. Open the steam/hot water knob slowly by turning it counterclockwise. 
  • Press the brew button and the steam button.
  • Dispense the whole water tank content through the steam wand. Close the knob by turning it clockwise after pressing the brew and steam buttons again.
  • Fill the water tank with fresh drinking water
  • Place a suitable container under the filter holder. Press the brew button and dispense all the water in the tank.
  • When the water tank is empty, press the brew and steam buttons again to stop dispensing. Finally, flush water from the container.
  • Rinse the filter holder with fresh drinking water after removing it from the unit.
  • You will need to repeat the steps from step 8 for a total of 8 tanks. You’ll probably be ready to use the machine again.
  •  The descaling process has been done. You can enjoy a whole latte love or other coffee at home.

    Note: For smooth taste and working it is necessary to replace the group head , gasket, and shower screen every 6 months
